I am travelling extensively in Europe and Asia for last 12 years, and can definitely say, not only this is the nicest property I have ever been, but also the friendliest owner I ever met. The villa has two good sized ensuite bedrooms on top floor, one with a balcony which will give you a sweeping 270 degree view of the mountains and the valley in front. Waking up everyday to that view in itself is a luxury. Downstairs, there is a gym room, can easily be converted to a bedroom. A living room with open plan kitchen. There's washing machine, dishwasher and other things that are expected. Outside, there's a barbeque, a pool suitable for adults and teens, outdoor seating area and some deckchairs. All of it is quite modern, and aesthetically pleasing. Under the villa there's a covered parking space. Mustafa, the owner, has thought about everything, and if you need something, he will try his best to get it. Location: 15 mins from Kas, you have to have a car. People who like calm and quietness with the bustle of town only minutes away if they need it, will love this place. Directions. Last 5 mins drive is on unpaved roads, but nothing I have not seen in other parts of Turkey. From Cukurbag, you take second right ( sign: Limon Villa), then you turn second left (after the poultry selling fresh eggs) and carry on to the end.
